I’m so grateful you continue to post Michaels talks. Every teaching unfolds and unfolds each time I listen.
Michael’s talks have been the corner stone of my own personal path and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have met him and studied with him. These podcasts allow his humour, wisdom and deep embodied practice to live on and inspire others. I am eternally grateful for these talks and continue to learn and deepen my practice through his spirited offerings. Om namah shivaya.
I cannot believe that this podcast is still somewhat of a secret. It’s been my go to place for a while. Filling my cup and heart. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who feels enriched by educated, experience-based wisdom and a soothing voice of wisdom.
Michael’s talks continue to inspire me to consider, question, and affirm my true nature. They have prompted many talks with family and friends about the world we live in and how we can effectively love and care for each other better. This podcast offers itself as a refuge from the world of hyper-materialism, to explore and discover what matters most in life. I am grateful for Michael, his work, and for those who continue to share these talks.
I have been listening to the teaching within this podcast for over a year now. I’m disheartened that I had never met him, attended his retreats or dharma talks in person. If I could only thank him for the many many ways he has helped to transform my life, the gentle and clear way he communicates his teachings allowing me to look inwards with the kindness and support he shares. What a gift he was to this world. ❤️

A collection of talks focused on mindfulness, Buddhism, ethics, and personal growth, with frequent ties to daily life, mental health, and social change. Episodes blend practical instruction with philosophical discussion, often weaving in poetry, psychology, and contemporary experiences to illuminate how practice informs everyday action. Standout features include accessible explanations of classical ideas, a balance of humor and depth, and a commitment to guiding listeners toward compassionate, engaged living. The format is intimate, often featuring live event atmosphere, and the host's interdisciplinary approach stands out for making eastern philosophy relevant to modern life.
