I am so thankful for this podcast. I have always struggled to identify or follow any type of spiritual path. I was raised in the Catholic faith until my teen years when my parent’s divorced. Andrea has a talent for explaining complex content clearly. Her podcast has led me to so many resources, guests and authors. I listen every night and if I wake up in the middle of the night. I am so thankful…..Just what I needed at his point in my life.
I often listen to your (what i affectionately call) sermons before i head to work 👍🏾👍🏾

A thoughtful, psychology-spiritual hybrid show centered on authenticity, inner integration, and personal responsibility. Episodes often explore how childhood dynamics, perfectionism, and emotional patterns shape adult behavior, offering practical guidance to live more honestly and compassionately. A notable throughline is integrating shadow aspects and embracing a non-dual view of self, with lectures and host-led conversations that challenge rigid moralism while drawing on spiritual and therapeutic frameworks. The show frequently features topics on relationships, parenting, mental health, and self-actualization, making it a solid fit for listeners seeking deeper self-understanding and practical paths to healthier living.
