Die Episode „Warum eine Holding keine gute Idee ist“, hätte man auch in einem Satz erklären Können, nämlich, dass die potentiellen Ersparnisse, die Kosten der Holding überschreiten müssen. Stattdessen muss ich 12 Minuten zuhören, nur um am Ende diese offensichtliche Erkenntnis zu lernen.
