  • Terrific resource in troubled times

We're living in massively unsettled times with oversimplified solutions on offer everywhere you listen. Matthew Remski's coverage here is more in-depth and careful than what you'll find on most podcasts. He manages to sound clarion moral calls without sounding preachy or dour. People might be surprised to find an anti-fascist voice so deeply saturated by kindness, but Remski seems to be fighting fascism precisely because he hopes for a kinder world. Just like so many anti-fascists ultimately do.... more

One of the biggest threats to them is letting them slip into “good “values that end up, predisposing them to authoritarian or fascist tendencies, as we have been learning over a... more

24: Mutual Aid in Islam w/Mona Haydar
Q: Could you walk through the basic Muslim greetings and their meanings?
The greeting assalamu alaikum means 'peace be upon you,' and the usual response is 'and peace be upon you as well,' functioning as a prayer and a community-building signal.

Party infrastructure is essential for scale and legitimacy, but it must be openly connected to community organizing outside the electoral arena. The goal is to use party resources to support broader movements, not to stifle them, ensuring that activism and electoral work reinforce each other.
