I genuinely love this show and have listened since the original days, however if there was one thing that I would change is the constant annoying keyboard tapping sounds in the background, whenever one of the hosts is talking, you can hear another host furiously tapping away on their keyboard and it’s starting to verge on listening to ASMR podcast, please for the love of God stop this it is the only thing that I could find wrong with this show but now that I have noticed it it drives me insane
Flo is insufferable
The content is very good but it can do with some editing. Episodes are the length of a feature movie. Even at 1.5 speed (which I wish not to do) it’s long. I often mean to listen but don’t want to commit 1:45 hrs.
Started off good, then Jason Howell showed up and brought the “TWiT” vibe, which is not a good thing and lead to me stopping my Patreon support. A weekly Android-focused show delivers rapid-fire hardware and software news, hands-on impressions, and industry analysis. Episodes blend device rumors, event coverage (Unpacked, Google I/O), and software updates with banter and listener questions, often pairing practical buying guidance with bigger-picture trends like AI features, cross-device collaboration, and evolving Android ecosystems. A standout trait is the mix of on-the-ground event reporting, tech-media perspectives, and recurring guests who bring cross-company context, making it helpful for listeners who want actionable insights and a sense of the Android landscape beyond headlines.
