  • Enlightening and Enlivening Experts

I keep reveling in the wonders of our existence, of fascia, of fluidity, of healing, and of the interconnectedness of the amazing

healers and modalities available to us. As I listen to these episodes, I marvel at how I was first inspired by Sue’s work through a podcast I heard her on 10 years ago, and then I dove into the Melt method. It led to great insight for me and my patients, so to be able to tune into Sue’s current work and conversations via this medium is phenomenal.

How to Become a Stronger Human with Nsima Inyang
Q: Nsima, if you could tell somebody something that you've learned, a real life lesson, something that completely changed your view of the human experience. What would it be?
It's actually really simple. It's okay to have multiple interests. It's okay to suck at things, and that embracing new pursuits without fear of failure leads to unexpected growth and new paths you never imagined.
Hacking the Nervous System with Touch - Jay Dhaliwal of Super Patch
Q: What is the clearest simplistic explanation of the mechanism of action in 70 words or less?
Every time we touch our skin, micro signals are generated by piezo-2 channels, creating endogenous waves that the brain interprets to adjust neural networks. The patches imprint a dynamic pattern on the skin, triggering precise mechanosensory signals that write the body's baseline language, rebalancing pain, sleep, and mood networks without chemicals or electricity, and allowing the mind–body system to return toward normal function.
Beyond The Diagnosis with Dr. Larry Palevsky, MD on the Nervous System, Perception, & Healing
Q: What are the most overlooked environmental or lifestyle factors affecting kids today?
Cell phones, EMF exposure, and the broader digital/device environment are major overlooked factors, alongside dietary habits and real food quality that shape inflammation and development.
The Hunkerin Revolution - Kasey Jackson on Returning to Human Design
Q: How does the stool affect the pelvis and ankle compared to sitting in a chair?
Sitting in a chair places the pelvis in a posterior tilt; the hunkering stool encourages neutral pelvis, improves ankle flexion, and facilitates knees and hips to move through their natural ranges, effectively greasing the joints and supporting deeper, more functional movement.
The Hunkerin Revolution - Kasey Jackson on Returning to Human Design
Q: What inspired the creation of the hunkering stool and its three-spring design?
The light bulb moment came from wanting to rest comfortably in a deep squat like the milking stool from his grandpa's farm, then collaborating with his engineer dad to prototype a solution that absorbs body weight and allows for micro-movements in a deep squat.
