東京にある大学のY教授の備忘録ニュースでよく目にするアメリカの最高裁は、どのようにして憲法や法律を解釈しているのか。アメリカ憲法、行政法、刑事訴訟法や環境法の話を中心に紹介していく試みです。学生たちとの対話で出てきた疑問などを扱っていきます。AIを実験的に用いているので、文字や読み方や内容で正確性が落ちるため、修正が必要なところが出てくるでしょう。実験版です。最初は、法学部の学生や院生の対話をもとにしていきます。
