Hero’s willingness to talk openly about her mental health issues, and bring in a space for many other people and professionals to go through the varied issues of being human, really resonate with me and can help feel like ok you are not the only one. It’s so important to destigmatize the issues we all face. Love this podcast.
A wonderful podcast full of intellectual conversation and empathy!
Since Hero said she knows nothing about it, she should read Alexa’s very credible and believable story in its entirety. Really sad to listen to her guest chuckle while dismissing a woman’s real pain as “bad press” in which a man got “me too’d”
This podcast victim blamed Alexa Nikolas for the abuse she endured from her ex husband, Mike Milosh (also known from his awful band Rhye), with his current girlfriend, Genevieve Meadow Jenkins, laughing in this podcast saying Alexa "me too'd" him because he's "putting good out into the world" and Alexa was putting evil out into the world by holding him accountable for the abuse he put her through. They said she must not be happy with herself and she's wasting energy doing this--and I'm sorry, th... more
Since Hero said she knows nothing about it, she should read Alexa’s very credible and believable story in its entirety. Really sad to listen to her guest chuckle while dismissing a woman’s real pain as “bad press” in which a man got “me too’d” as if Alexa is just out here “cancelling” a man for a fun. No one deserves death threats or online abuse, but Alexa doesn’t deserve to be publicly belittled and re-traumatized by two people on a pretentious podcast who were not there.
