Been waiting and checking regularly for 2 years for more episodes!
I’ve listened for over 5 years. It’s a truly great podcast that I recommend to everyone, even my non-military friends like to listen now! A long-running, militarily focused show that centers on leadership, mental health, and current events affecting Marines and veterans. Episodes frequently explore leadership under pressure, handling trauma and post-traumatic growth, and the culture of the Marine Corps, often blending personal stories with practical guidance for subordinates and peers. Noteworthy is the emphasis on authentic, vulnerable leadership, trauma-informed perspectives, and critique of military standards and policy changes, which may appeal to service members, veterans, families, and professionals interested in mental health and defense affairs.
