One of my favourites. Some stories give me so much more of a clear “moral “ or takeaway than others, but the collection of so many many different experiences of life/death/in-between is one of the things I appreciate so much about this podcast.
I’ve listened to every episode and this show has become one of my favourites. It just brings a great perspective on life, death, and meaning.
I started out loving this show so much. I thought it was really unique and interesting and was looking forward to every new episode but over the last I’d say 3 to 6 episodes. I’ve continually been disappointed in the direction that you’ve taken the show and the experiences you’re prioritizing to share with the public. They feel very basic and remedial in most cases in a little bit too sentimental for my taste.
Episodes 3&4 left me in tears. The strength that these people had, and continued to have, is unimaginable. I would have given a 5 star, but the political commentary by the podcast producers was not needed and even lessened the value of the interview.
UPDATED 9/16/25- quality of guests went way downhill. After several episodes, I finally threw in the towel. Disappointed.
