  • Fun Stuff!

Found this podcast after hearing Mark and Jim on the wonderful Indiana Jones Minute. I can’t say enough good things about their podcast. They are funny, informative, a tad silly, and have great rapport with their guests and each other. These guys put out a really great product.

And I can't stop. The first one I heard was #36. Now I have spin back through the first 35! Great way to pass the time as we drive across Nebraska.

  • We're GOIN FOR BROKE!

The increasing popular style of podcast namely a minute by minute review of a movie has been embraced by Mark and Jim as they look at the blockbuster and classic disaster movie "Airport". At the time of this review they are only in the tenth minute but so far proved both entertaining and knowledgeable on the movie and associated trivia helped out by a guest every now and again.

  • Remind me to send a thank you note to Mr. Boeing

This show is for you if you love seventies cinema, the last holdovers from Old Hollywood, disaster movies, or listening to true fans expound on something they love. It’s a trip and I love it!

  • Movie Appreciation Master Class!

Watching a movie is entertaining, but dissecting the right movie can bring not only entertainment, but an appreciation for the art of movie making and those who are involved. Jim and Mark clearly have an amazing amount of knowledge about not only this movie, but Hollywood in general and their amusing banter makes the podcasts both fascinating and fun. Highly recommend for fans of Airport, the parodies and the disaster movies spawned from it!

  • The Patroni of Podcasts

If you liked the movie Airport you will love this podcast. They go for broke every minute (sometimes even 58 seconds)...It's the kind of podcast that would make Patroni proud...If he weren't too busy solving problems to listen. Keep up the great work!

  • Off to a good start! (Minutes 1 and 2)

I've always been a fan of this movie (which, to be clear, is AirPORT, not AirPLANE) and so I was very happy to see that someone's doing a minute-by-minute podcast discussing it in great detail. The hosts (Jim and Mark) seem to like the movie as much as I do, and they also seem to have had fun watching it and talking about it.

I look forward to the next few episodes, when we finish the opening credits and get into the actual plot. I can't wait to hear what they think of poor Van Heflin's money-... more
