Habe selbst meine ADHS Diagnose letzte Woche mit 44 bekommen und beschäftige mich seitdem natürlich intensiv mit Gleichgesinnten. In dem Podcast habe ich mich nicht nur wiedergefunden, sondern auch schon die ein oder anderen Erkenntnise mitnehmen können. Gute Arbeit. Auch für Menschen ohne ADHS, welche die Thematik besser verstehen möchten, empfehlenswert. LG
