Ich bekam meine Diagnose mit 52 und verdanke den Medikamenten das ich das Leben leben darf, das mir bis dahin verwehrt war und ich sage : ich habe nicht nur ein neues Leben geschenkt bekommen sondern auch einen neuen Körper - ich glaube das eine entsprechend angepasste Ernährung die wirkungskurve verbessern könnte und bin dankbar- hier ein wenig dazu gefunden zu haben. Leider gibt es kaum hilfreiche Infos und selbstexperimente waren eher negativ als hilfreich
