I’ve only recently discovered The Functional Family and Sharon’s podcasts. These podcasts have helped to normalise my reality and are so helpful listening to other people’s experiences and tips. The episodes are easy to listen to and very engaging.
Thank you Sharon for your wonderful insight on our beautiful children with ADHD and the shame and hurt we can feel as parents.
I especially loved the advice on not responding when someone says something inconsiderate towards our children and letting them sit with their discomfort. I’ll definitely be implementing this. Thank you for great podcasts 😊
