102: Building Neuro-Inclusive Workplaces with Pazbi Zavatzki
Q: Could you tell the listeners a little bit about what you've done with the Neuro Inclusive Standards?
The reason I started Neuro Inclusive Standards was that when I first got my diagnosis, I met some consultants in the neurodiversity space, and a lot of the support was tailored to their form of neurodiversity, which was reductive and created toxicity in the workplace.
102: Building Neuro-Inclusive Workplaces with Pazbi Zavatzki
Q: So how does your ADHD, do you think, interplay with some of those things?
I think I got my diagnosis so late. I was dealing with leukemia at the age where usually you would get diagnosed with these things. My parents' priority was not, is he okay academically?
096: Managing ADHD and Naturally with Functional Medicine | Yana Kleyman
Q: Could you explain the specific connection between the gut and the brain?
The state of our gut is going to affect the brain, and vice versa, creating a bi-directional relationship.

Q: What led you to researching digital overwhelm?
Craig shares his background in communication and his journey into studying organizational communication and the challenges workers face with technology-induced stress.
