  • Lots of useful info

This is a great podcast. As an acupuncturist, this profession can feel lonely and isolating, and this show helps me feel connected to my profession. Tons of great and interesting guests are interviewed and I always come out having learned a little something or with something I’d like to look into further. Would recommend this show not just for acupuncturists but any holistic health practitioner looking for ways to grow their practices and expand their impact.

103 | Maximize Clinic Success: Use What You Already Have with Ildi Arlette
Q: How can clinics overcome the belief that they are missing a mythical piece to grow?
Clinics should shift from searching for a missing external piece to evaluating and leveraging what they already have, reorganizing spaces and processes, and focusing on repeatable, low-risk improvements such as add-ons and simplified service choices. This mindset helps reduce cognitive load and burnout while still driving growth.
103 | Maximize Clinic Success: Use What You Already Have with Ildi Arlette
Q: What is the central premise of making a clinic more profitable by using what you already have?
The central premise is that most clinics already possess valuable resources—core beliefs, patient networks, existing services, and staff—that can be recombined into more profitable and in-demand offerings. By assessing starting points, simplifying menus, and introducing small, value-added add-ons, clinics can increase visibility and revenue without needing to acquire new equipment or pursue drastic changes.
