    The sound quality makes me want to hit pause. I’m in culinary school, have my small personal chef business and extremely interested in all things culinary. I found the podcast after joining the ACF as a student member hoping to learn. I’ve listened to all the episodes and I’m sorry to say you won’t learn much. The questions are predictable and cookie-cutter (pardon my pun), the guests don’t seem to be engaged, it’s pretty boring overall and seems like something they put on just because they have... more
