I have been catching up and started with the 1st podcast. It’s been incredible for my mental state! I can’t wait to really put it into practice. I have noticed all kinds of things about how my mind is impacting my golf game and my life in general!
I just finished my discovery call with Kathy and I want to go out and play right now! She really helped me dial in some better thoughts to improve my feelings around my game as well as in other areas of my life. She also offered practical tips for working on shots where I’ve been struggling. By far, the best golf and overall life podcast out there! Thanks Kathy!!
I’ve listened to 4 different golf podcasts now.. and Kathy’s has ade the most improvements to my game BY FAR
Not only does she give great golf advice, she is just wonderful to talk to.. down to earth, smart and great sense of humor.. If you have a golf problem…such as..you criticize yourself as you walk up to hit your shot…you believe your round is doomed if you hit a double bogie the first hole..or you can’t seem to play well in competition… kathy will fix your faulty thinking… and your enjoyment of golf will take off!!!
Love this! They way negative self talk hurts your game really resonates with me and as I've controlled this, I've seen a big improvement in my game and my enjoyment of the game. in regard to feeling our emotions, I've found Nelly Corda's use of the whoop app interesting. You'd have no idea that she was feeling anxiety until you see her pulse!! Jon Rahm alluded to this lack of change on his face when he thought his ball was OB. Nelly's pulse though!! lol! Mine must get up to 200 🤣🤣
