Really brilliant podcast. The guests have great insights and hearing their journeys in a related profession is helping me think through my own career choices and decisions.
I would recommend that the episode titles should add a bit more of a hook to draw people in and get them excited to listen. The biggest take away from the episode should be included in the title perhaps.. Just having ‘Howard’ or ‘Debbie’ doesn’t particularly get you jazzed to listen. But that could be the PR side of me!
