恭喜洪伯邑老師佇美國University of Washington Press出版新冊《Routes of Taiwan Tea》，阿愷之聲非常榮幸有了獨家訪問作家的機會，這本英文冊將臺灣茶的故事介紹予全世界，正經精彩！
到底「茶」字這條路按怎開始？洪伯邑老師講，伊佇美國讀地理學博士時，本來指導教授建議伊去中國雲南/西藏邊界的普達措國家公園做研究，誰知影田野調查過程直直袂順，後來竟然佇雲南飲著普洱茶，看著百年老茶樹當中竟然有臺灣人的影跡，實在好奇，所以決定追茶！
