    I PASSED!!! First time for both the national and state exams! All thanks to Brian with the AHA Real Estate Prep Podcast! After my first real estate class I knew I would need additional support. My classes were online and no joke the instructor would be eating breakfast and lunch and mumbling reading the book. Another girl spoke up a few times and she ended up kicking her out of the class. I already spent so many hours I just kept my head down and mouth shut to just have her sign off for my hours... more
