樂舞詩‧拉后，來自花蓮縣豐濱鄉大港口部落的阿美族青年，曾於台北晶華酒店、君品酒店擔任西點烘焙師。
回到故鄉後，她結合多年專業技術與部落傳統食材，創立「樂舞詩拾物工作坊」，
以柴燒窯烤手作麵包、慢食野廚行動，重新詮釋阿美族飲食文化，為文化注入新的生命力。

潘育文老師，來自屏東滿州的排灣族，1990年生，是斯卡羅人後裔。
現任基隆市立八斗高中歷史教師，負責原住民族實驗教育專班課程設計與推動。
他擁有台灣大學歷史學研究所碩士學位，曾任教於中央大學附中與新北光復高中。
他致力於以「師生共學」的方式推動文化教學，讓城市中的原住民青年有機會透過課程與部落實作重新建立文化認同。
