I absolutely enjoy listening to this podcast, it’s good to hear from people who are brave enough to share their experiences as well as sharing their struggles (Mentally and physically).
Listening to this has been really helpful for myself as a current serving Member. There’s a lot of us out there that have had or are currently having Mental health issues and this podcast has been really helpful.
