Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

GARFIELD LASAGNA
Q: What do you put on top?
I put grated mozzarella on top, grated tasty cheese, a bit of grated parmesan, which I always have knocking around in the fridge for finishing pasta dishes.
GARFIELD LASAGNA
Q: Do you pre-cook those before you start layering or do they go in just as is?
No, they absolutely don't need pre-cooking, and neither do the dried ones that I tend to go for too.
GARFIELD LASAGNA
Q: Can I use a potato masher?
You could, but you might get splatters of molten tomato sauce going all around the kitchen.
2025! Satay! Cookbook shoots!
Q: What have you been cooking lately?
I've been inspired by the cook shoot and wanted to talk about satay, which I had possibly the most delicious of my entire life.
2025! Satay! Cookbook shoots!
Q: What did you cook for Christmas?
I didn't host Christmas this year, which was amazing, so I didn't really have to do much cooking at all.
