Can u pls advise if u still have the podcast or page detailing your Copenhagen highlights especially the bike ride company you used? Many thanks and keep up the good work. 😘
Interesting guests, topics, rumour file, sports and humour from Ross and Russel. I gave the new 774 breakfast show a go (Bob Murphy and Charnelle Vella) but came quickly back to 3AW.
He seems to be unable to ask a question without starting with the word ‘So’ ! Boring 🤢
Bit too sport focused. Endless discussion and constant random references to AFL footy players and teams that are totally meaningless to most who don’t follow sport.
Ross has a habit of cutting off interesting guests to offer up his own mediocre anecdote that we’ve all heard a thousand times before. Maybe don’t invite them on if you are not going to listen to them.

A high-energy Melbourne morning show blends sharp banter with current affairs, sports analysis, and light lifestyle segments. Across recent episodes, discussions swing from AFL nostalgia and rule talk to cross-border economics, hospitality industry debates, education reform, and public health initiatives, all delivered with rapid-fire hosts and a steady stream of guests and real-time updates. Notable strengths include the dynamic host chemistry, a recurring Rumour File flavor, and guests ranging from sports legends to policy experts, which together create a broad, metropolitan-centered breakfast experience that appeals to news-driven listeners who also crave entertainment and local flavor.
