这期想继续录冥想引导。这是最近我一直在做的一个冥想，所以真的可以说是一起做冥想了。Metta 翻译成Loving Kindness爱和慈悲，是一个为别人送祝福的冥想。其实不光为别人，也为自己送上祝福。
我跟着心流写的引导，修改了英文里面的一些固定句子来适应中文的语境。原创引导，希望大家喜欢。

5月份，我做了一件很神奇的事情，参加了画画营。我是一个完全零基础的画画小白，开营之前才匆匆忙忙的从网上买了画材。家里之前连一只彩色的笔都没有。然而这4周帮我打开了一个完全不同的世界。
画画营是瓶子办的，我和瓶子在这之前是半生不熟的朋友。带着一份信任，一份好奇，开启了我的艺术家之旅。听着瓶子的“靡靡之音”，我一画不可收拾。不光创作出了连自己都觉得惊艳的作品，参加了云画展，在画画的过程中也有很多新的感受和体悟。
