経営者のニーズに合わせて都度変化するこちらのサービスで、今注力しているのが「新規顧客開拓支援」です。
窪木が相談を受ける中で最も多い悩みが、営業に関するもの。

前回お話しした通り、中小企業を支援を行うライトアップに入社した窪木。
最初は地方営業担当兼セミナー講師として全国を飛び回っていました。
ありがたいことにセミナー開催を通して、ご関係ができた経営者の方も多くいらっしゃいました。
しかしながら、セミナーの全国開催が波に乗っていたタイミングで起こったのがコロナウイルスの流行です。
今まで通りに地方に行けなくなったことはかなりの痛手でしたが、
そこから新たな考え方・価値観につながりました。

おかげさまで本番組も50回を超えることが出来ました。
そこで今回はいつもと趣向を変えて窪木の経歴について、これまで話してこなかった内容も踏まえてお話ししています。
今でこそコンサルタントとして経営者の相談にのっていますが、実はもともと大工として働いていました。
その後はマンションの管理会社にも転職しています。
