這一集《中城流言》，從彰化談起，卻一路聊回台中—聊青年返鄉、城市品牌、生活節奏，也聊那些我們每天身在其中，卻很少真正拆解的城市性格。
建築師黃金樺，提出了一個很有畫面感的觀點。他用「N 型人」來重新理解彰化的多元與複雜，也進一步用「T 型人」來描述台中：一座能橫向跨域、縱向落地的城市。想法不只停在概念，而是有條件被做出來、被測試、被 demo，甚至被拿去和世界對話。
