温病分纯温病，兼感寒温病。初起头疼身痛，先恶寒后发热，发热之后但热不寒，神智昏迷，精神倦怠，此病在荣卫也。舌无苔，脉洪虚躁急模糊，轻按多重按少。发热大者，方用乌梅白糖汤，即肥乌梅五枚，白糖一两。舌无苔，脉虚小者，方用扁鹊三豆饮，即黄豆、黑豆、绿豆各三钱。乌梅证、三豆证，是为不兼感寒之纯温病。
若脉洪虚，发热之后，仍兼感寒，是为兼恶寒温病。于乌梅白糖汤中，加绿薄荷一二钱。若脉虚小，发热之后，仍兼感寒，是为兼恶寒温病。于三豆饮中，加薄荷五分至一钱。惟兼恶寒之脉，必不纯虚，必重按兼有弦紧之象。弦紧乃... more
伤寒病起于荣卫，终于脏腑，荣热卫寒，腑热脏寒，腑热则实，脏寒则虚。脉象紧数，按之明爽，病人神色清明。温病起于荣卫，终于气血，荣卫气血，皆热不寒，皆虚不实，脉象或洪或小，按之躁急模糊。病人神色昏晦。亦有强壮之人，脉象较实者。虽脉象较实，仍按之模糊，不似伤寒脉象之明爽。特强壮之人，少有病温病者耳。世谓右脉大为温病、左脉大为伤寒，事实上并不尽然。
温病者，人身木火偏于疏泄。金气被冲，而失收降之令，水气被泄，而失封藏之能。水不藏则相火益事飞腾，金不收则风木益事泄动。上焦则津液伤而热气冲塞，下焦则相火泄... more

治少阳经病，寒热往来、口苦目眩耳聋、呕而下利、胸下痞硬、脉象右实左弱。
此和解少阳之经兼下阳明腑热之法也。如小柴胡汤口苦、目眩寒热往来等证，又兼呕而下利，胸下痞硬。呕利为胆胃二经热滞，痞硬为胆胃二经横结，下利为胃腑之热。于小柴胡汤去参、草之补中，加大黄、枳实以下胃热，加芍药以降胆经而舒胃经。一面和解少阳之经，一面下胃腑之热也。
