2026 年 8 月 4 日，韩国政府召开由总统李在明主持的国务会议，审议并通过了《刑事诉讼法》修正案，全面取消检察机关的直接侦查和补充侦查权限。此前 3 月已制定《公诉厅法》和《重大犯罪侦查厅组织法》，三部法律共同完成了对原检察厅的彻底肢解。修正案于 7 月 31 日经国会全体表决通过（国民力量党缺席投票），8 月 4 日经国务会议最终确认。

太喜欢从自由主义到民族主义这一集了。最后Phil讲的韩国那些说到心坎里了。我是朝鲜族，韩国人社会真的只能远观，每次去韩国出差，机场里看到韩国人的着装，就知道那一年大家都穿什么，流行什么。到韩国我会尽量不说自己是朝鲜族，能不说韩语也会尽量不说。
