【靠北】有理 【正念】靜心
厌世雪人一位旁人認為人生順遂可躺平的人生勝利組，卻是從大學起就想搭飛機掉下來造福家人的內心灰暗者。經歷了自我認為的苦難人生、起起伏伏，因緣際會下接觸了正念，察覺愛自己之後才有能力愛他人，目前正往『正念師資』的道路邁進。 2021年的時候，我察覺正在經歷人生低潮，針對目前工作沒有熱忱，學很少所用，部門主管是個莫名其妙被升上來的屁孩、半瓶水又響叮噹的機車族，三不五時挑骨頭想要高人一等，會讓人心情很阿雜，每天上班都很厭世，覺得在浪費我的生命。 不免俗，我用了大多數人會用的方式，嘗試如何可以繼續快樂活著的動力。唱歌、喝酒、與朋友一起槓腳、「靠北」…。 就在上個月，我靈光乍現，試著用【正念】來「靠北」，突然覺得豁然開朗，在「靠北」別人完後，用【正念】來覺察、修復自己，因為靜下來想想，才有可能真正遠離這些困住自己的事物。 在這裡我有一些心得，覺得可以用Podcast的方式來分享給大家。【正念靠北边】不... more
