後から訴えられるリスクがあるので実際厳しいですよね。最終的に免責されるとしても訴えられるということ自体が社会的な信用が棄損されてしまいます。助けるメリットがデメリットを上回ってますから、合理的に考えられる人ほど手出ししないでしょう。
