脆弱到底是什麼？它好像不是單一情緒，而是一種很容易被啟動的狀態。有時候，脆弱像一個週期，事情一不順、目標卡住，或關係出現不確定，人就會反覆掉進同樣的感覺裡；過了一陣子，好像好了，又在下一個節點再來一次。
也有一些時候，脆弱也像滑坡理論，從一個很小的點開始，例如一次失誤就讓思緒不斷往下延伸，從 a 推到 b，再一路聯想到更糟的結果，越想越壞。
沒達成的目標、熱烈的愛情、或是被同儕排擠，看起來原因不同，卻常常啟動相似的脆弱反應。這集我們跟大家分享自己脆弱的至暗時刻嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚。
這一集我們聊願望。聊著聊著，發現我們的願望其實很矛盾。一方面，我們說想成習慣平庸，當一個平凡的人，有時候也變得無欲無求，像是再也沒有願望跟目標；但另一方面，我們也許著很現實的願，像是擔心能不能留在美國，會不會抽不到簽證，工作和身份是不是隨時可能被打斷。
在討論那些聽起來很脫俗的願望時，我們同時卻也放不下世俗的期待。大概就像是生日的那三個願望，說出了前兩個願望博取大家開心之後，偷偷在心裡說出第三個更遠大的目標。

這一集，我們聊一個很常出現、卻很少被說清楚的選擇：你是想被理解，還是想被喜歡。被理解，通常意味著要說清楚自己的想法，冒著被誤會、被反對的風險，但可以自在做自己；被喜歡，則比較安全，只要順著氣氛、少說一點真話，就能維持關係。
從朋友、職場到感情，我們在誠實與討喜之間來回擺盪。這一集我們一起看看，我們是從什麼時候開始，把被喜歡放在被理解前面。
巴羅被全世界遺棄嗚嗚。
一開始出國的時候，以為最大的挑戰是考試、找工作，後來才發現是連開口說的第一句話都是困境。跟外國人講話前，腦袋會先跑一輪文法，結果錯過聊天時機。文化差異很多時候是一些很瑣碎的瞬間，比如這個玩笑該不該笑、這句話該怎麼接。
但是，慢慢地，你開始被帶去 party，一開始是站在角落假裝很忙，最後卻聊到忘記時間。留學好像也是這樣，不知不覺就換了一條路、換了朋友圈，也換了對職涯的想像。回頭看才發現，是不是很多勇敢，只是一直被拖著走？
我們這集是青蛙，呱呱！
這一集，我們從「直覺到底是什麼」聊起。那些被說很準的瞬間，真的是第六感嗎，還是其實線索早就放在潛意識裡，只是大家都沒有注意到？聊到後來才發現，直覺好像不是突然降臨，而是長時間細膩觀察累積出來的結果。於是問題變成，細膩到底是不是一種習慣，也是直覺準不準的關鍵？最後，我們再回到 MBTI，看看到底哪些類型的直覺比較準！
芭芭拉是賭神？！
善與惡的界線在哪裡？如果你的包裹被流浪漢拿走，那到底算偷，還是只是他活不下去的選擇？
沿著這個問題，我們一路聊到善惡到底存不存在、慈善是不是其實也是一種自我滿足、如果自由意志根本不存在，那犯罪行為還能不能套進「邪惡」的框架裡。
最後我們發現，善與惡的界線從來不在哲學課本裡，而是在你家門口那個被拿走的包裹裡。
