この「おもしろがる力」は３つからできている。
このうち２つを初等教育で育てたいのです。
昨日、文部科学省の方とお話しする貴重な機会いただきました。
小学校として地域とどう連携をすすめるのか？というテーマをいただきました。本当にその通り。
そして、ここは私の経歴がとても活かせるところ。
他にも盛りだくさんに視点をいただきました。
パーっと視界がひらけた感じ。
しっかりと生かして進めていきます。
与えられる教育に対して、親が疑問を持ってもいい、選んでもいい。
そう考え始めてもらうところから、まず取り組むことが大事なんだという気づきをお話ししました。

今年初のラジオ！！
年末に自由学園さんに行ってきたご報告と、今年やりたいことをお話ししました。
1ヶ月開いた投稿ですが、、、、
生きています。
そして、この1ヶ月は小学校開設に向けてちょっと現実味がました、現状維持です。
ここ最近、ちょっと感じたことをお伝えします。
夢って語ったほうがいいよね！！ってこと。
私が子育ても中小企業支援も、ずっと大事にしてきた軸――それは“オーナーシップ”。
自分の人生を自分で動かす力です。
子どもも大人も、自分に興味を持ち、考え、行動することで自己効力感が育ち、人生はもっと楽しくなる。
今回のエピソードでは、私がなぜオーナーシップを大切にしてきたのか、その理由をお話しします。
そして、新しくつくる小学校でも育てたいのは、やはり“オーナーシップのある子ども”です。
２週間空いてしまいました。でも続けたいので今日は更新するぞ！を誓う放送回。
さて、昨日はある方にお会いしてきました。土地を一緒に探してくださいのお願いをしに。
いろんな方に協力いただいて嬉しいです。
そして、協力してもいいよ！という方たちのキックオフ会を年内にしたいと思っています。
「グローバル小学校」と名乗っているけど、「グローバル」って何？なぜ必要なの？そんなお話をしました。
