日本伝統式の発霊法の中の浄心呼吸法は、思考や想念を洗い清めて、レイキとより同調するための重要な呼吸法です。
深呼吸を1日数回行うだけでも、自律神経のバランスが整えられるといわれています。
発霊法をじっくりと行う時間がとれないときは、浄心呼吸法を行っても良いですね。
レイキを取り入れていますので、レイキを意識しながら、一回一回丁寧に呼吸を行います。
乾浴は手から出ているレイキで心身を清める技法です。技法の目的を確認できれば、所作も自然に丁寧に行うことができます。乾浴が正しくできているかどうか今一度確認しましょう。
