いつもありがとうございます
楽しみに聴かせて頂いています
最近は七つのチャクラ浄化が
お気に入りでよく活用させて
頂いています。
それで今回はチャクラの回転について
質問です。
回転の方向が分からなくなる時が
あります。
時計回り、反時計回り、と
やってみるのですが、
古い時計のネジを回すように
ギシギシしている時があったり、
チャクラ毎に回転する方向が違ったり。
最初は時計回り？と
思っていても
回していると
急に反時計回りでスッと明るくなったり。
疲れていたりして
感覚が鈍くなっているだけなのか、
チャクラ毎に回転が違うと言うことも
あり得るのか、、、、、
その時は今日はそんな体調なのねー、
位に軽く流しておりますが、
基本を知りたいな、と思いましたので
教えて頂けると嬉しいです❣️

ナレーションに合わせて、ピアノを弾いているのですか、その誘導がすごくよくて、雑念だらけで瞑想が苦手な私でも、集中して効率的に瞑想できます。より深く広くイメージが広がる感じがします。
自分のその時の状態に合わせて、エピソードをいくつかまとめて聴いたりしています。
お二人の人柄が良すぎて、やり取りを聞いているだけで寝落ちしてしまうこともありますが（笑）それはそれで（笑）
