因為意識到疫情的衝擊，教育部在2021年年底起針對中小學1-12年級提出「推動中小學數位學習精進方案」，連續4年投入200億，從三個面向提升全國中小學的數位學習環境、內容及工具，包含「數位內容充實計畫」、「行動載具與網路提升計畫」以及「教育大數據分析計畫」。
