Listen to Silas’ podcasts. No, listen to ALL of them. I am looking to buy a home and now I know I am not only armed well with relevant information but I’m sure I will educate my future real estate agent too. Believe me, many real estate agents are poorly informed and don’t care about that either.

I’ve been ‘shopping around’ for homebuying podcasts, and stumbled onto this one after committing to a few other podcasts. I found the other podcasts to be informative, but I really appreciate the way that Silas breaks down the info. It’s thorough, but clear and concise at the same time. His voice and way of speaking are easy to listen to. I’m learning and enjoying listening. Thanks so much Silas!
