You talk about things no one tells you as a 1st homebuyer. I binged the show and feel much more confident with my decision to start the home buying journey.
Get to the point dude!!
Listen to Silas’ podcasts. No, listen to ALL of them. I am looking to buy a home and now I know I am not only armed well with relevant information but I’m sure I will educate my future real estate agent too. Believe me, many real estate agents are poorly informed and don’t care about that either.
This podcast was super helpful. As first time homebuyers there were a lot of things we didn’t know about the home buying process and this podcast help shine a light on many things with tons of detail. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for the help!
I’ve been ‘shopping around’ for homebuying podcasts, and stumbled onto this one after committing to a few other podcasts. I found the other podcasts to be informative, but I really appreciate the way that Silas breaks down the info. It’s thorough, but clear and concise at the same time. His voice and way of speaking are easy to listen to. I’m learning and enjoying listening. Thanks so much Silas!
