Well, we're here, and it's bittersweet. Plain and simple, these are my favorite books that I happened to read in 2022, spoiler free of course, and ranked in order. Something for everyone, with plenty of honorable mentions to boot. I will miss each an... more

After a couple weeks off, I'm bringing you an episode on one of the most hyped memoirs of the year, and it was an absolute joy to talk about. We're of course talking about I'M GLAD MY MOM DIED by Jennette McCurdy, a searing memoir of Hollywood, abuse... more
I listen to almost every episode of this podcast. I’m embarrassed to say that I’m rarely familiar with her guests beforehand, but the host is so smart and fun. I learn from and also enjoy this podcast. Five stars!
“What’s your favourite book” is my favourite question to ask people - to find a podcast that does just that was 😍 Malavika picks the most interesting people with the most interesting favourites (such a wide range of genres), and asks them the most interesting questions.
I was introduced to this podcast because my best friend (shoutout Rachel Allen) was on it, and I’ve so enjoyed both episodes she’s been on! Malavika is an insightful host and it makes the episodes such a pleasure to listen to.
This host is thoughtful and intelligent and curious, which I think are all of the best attributes of a host. I’m incredibly excited about the new series called Pulitzer Pries, where Malavika goes through all of the Pulitzer prize winners.
Malavika is so smart. She has great insight into books, and has a delightful curiosity about her guests. My TBR list grows with each episode.
