I love this podcast so much. Episodes are not too long but pack an amazing amount in. And the content is next level. I’ve learned so much about why I’ve struggled to gain strength and skills. Spoiler alert, it’s due to poor programming not because I’m a female who “just doesn’t have the same upper body strength as a man”. So much knowledge - feeling it all “consolidate” as I listen 😂❤️
This pod is so good. Shimi really makes you understand why you feel like you’re plateauing in your training. She explains why women need to train differently to men, and how building baseline strength is going to get you arm balancing in no time. Definitely check out her gym, Bodyweight Brigade in Preston if you’re a fierce female living in Melbourne 💅
Myth busting sounds right! This podcast has finally given me the answers to why my training has plateaued, can’t wait for the rest of the season to be released!
Shimi’s knowledge and experience is unparalleled you can tap into that goldmine by listening to this podcast. A must-listen.
