  • Such a bright light to my days

I have about a 30 minute commute to work and back home and having these podcasts to listen to are so informative. I struggle with anxiety,ADHD, binge eating disorder, and seasonal depression, and it’s so nice to have such an open and honest community where I can listen and know I’m not alone in my struggles. Keep it up, Nōn! You make a difference!!!
