This is being written as a guest of the program but I find the listening experience an absolute pleasure. Gregg is a commanding but warm presence with a clear POV around growth and culture change. He gathers interesting guests - IMHO ;) - and his team does an exceptional job on prep and post-production.
I absolutely love Gregg’s approach to leadership podcasting. Rather than episodes related to a specific leadership topic, trend, book, or case study, he and his guest discuss the Top 3 influencers that helped them along their leadership journey, challenges us to find our own development board of directors, and is taking notes on the trends that emerge as he talks to new guests.
