The facts are as jumbled as the sound is muffled. The ‘Big Sell’ voiceover paired with undelivered expectations (auditory and structurally) is very apt for this particular story.
Dosn’t add up, too many inconsistencies in her stories. No one is that gullible. She was happy to be off spending the money she didn’t give a toss where it came from! She opened a dog grooming business and never seemed to work there, I don’t know many dog groomers that can afford to pay someone else do all the work and take a wage from it and pay the overheads!!! The needed 2 hotel rooms because the child was such a light sleeper, and then no she never heard anything she was asleep..nearly said ... more
The worst audio quality, she is clearly on the phone to the host. Really poor structure, the story doesn’t flow and it hops around. Lots of inconsistencies “we needed two hotel rooms because my daughter is such a light sleeper she couldn’t be in the same room as us” and then when asked if her daughter heard her “oh no she was out cold”. This shouldn’t be available on a podcast app - it should be available on a radio’s website as a segment as it’s not a podcast format in the slightest.
There are a lot of inconsistencies in the story .
The episodes jump around a lot and the story doesn’t feel stitched together in an easy to listen to way .
It’s a great story if it was just told in the right way
I listened to the whole Podcast despite not catching every word which was a struggle at times. I cannot understand how Kathleen could be so gullible and for FOUR years. I accept she was young but one would have thought a year was long enough as there were lots of red flags. Did she meet his family or ever ask herself where this wonder man came from?
