「美味しさ」だけで括らずに、農産物全体の話として扱えるよう、テーマを「農産物の価値」と広く問うてみました。
農家やってると、意識はしているけどあまり話し合わないところ。各々の価値を尊重しつつ、個人的に多面的にあぶりだしてみました。
