ADHD大腦的多巴胺分泌不穩，如果早上醒來馬上滑手機，大腦容易受到人工刺激而整天狀態更混亂。
透過紙筆寫最簡單的「321」，藉由練習「慶祝自己的成就」、「省思今日課題」與「設立明天的打算」，提升覺察力，逐步建立起「原來我辦得到」的自信。
