  • Coming home to me

Cate’s work is a gift to humanity. Cate has a fantastic way of educating us on the fundamentals of radical self care. Painting pictures than enable me to envision better habits for myself and fulfilling them. If I move away from her teachings/wisdom (and therefore myself), coming back to the content always brings me home to me. I am ever grateful.
