I absolutely love off the mat series, I am learning so much about what is yoga beyond the asanas. I am listening to wonderful and inspiring teachers, those podcasts have become my treat and what I do when I need an uplift, so a huge thank you!
Love these podcasts the people interviewed are so easy to identify with yet real role models on living a healthy happy life. The discussions include small doable ways to incorporate yoga into everyday life and makes complex concepts come alive and make sense. What I really love is that everyone agrees that yoga is not about doing the splits or other ‘instagram able’ pose but about breath, emotions and actions. Can’t recommend enough!
So lovely to have an honest down to earth podcast with real people. I love podcasts that help me deal with my well being, both mental and physical but a lot that I follow are only with famous people. This one is honest and real and therefore truly inspiring. I look forward to more!

I am in awe of Vera in Episode 16. It is so refreshing to hear a wise elder woman talk about how yoga and yoga philosophy can make life juicy and fun at any age. Very recommended.
