  • Highly recommend to help you switch off

Give it a go, you will be rewarded with calm and deep relaxation!

This is a wonderful way to switch off from the busyness and mental chatter of every day where you are guided by Grainne’s soothing voice to a place of tranquility and rest.

I have used these meditations in the morning to set me up for the day, in the middle of the day when I need a quick rest or in the middle of the night to help restore sleep after an interruption.

I really recommend this - whether you are doing it as a brief ... more
