最近看国分功一郎的《闲暇与无聊》，在中文版推荐序里，读到了一些让我能解释当下困顿状态的观点。
“只有短暂的无聊感是因为环境刺激，而长期的无聊感都是因为自己——因为自己没找到人生意义、认知能力差、意志力不强、工作没干劲。自然和工作环境只是外在的触发点罢了。
我们不应该说无聊的人是可耻的，但无聊是一种精神贫血。”
这让我联想到十三年前，我第一次听陈珊妮的创作专辑《低调人生》，在她的专辑简介里读到了一段同样解释了我在20出头年纪困顿状态的话：
“成为首富比较高调还是卖鸡排比较低调，别人眼中的自... more
有时候困住你的，是想象中无瑕疵的自己。
一件事明明已经想好了，但就是出不了手。因为你觉得还没准备好。因为你觉得自己应该再想想清楚，应该等一个更好的时机，应该有更大的把握。
然后那个时机就没了。
去运动时，我最欢教练说的一句话是，“要不要休息一下？”这种体恤的询问不会令我感到自己被困住，或者有“我就只能到这种程度”的感觉，反而让我很清晰地认识到，我还能走下去，还能变得更好。
这期依旧是闲谈节目，聊聊我们如何面对那个无法“无瑕疵”的自己。
