到了超高齡社會，看待「退休」議題眼光也大不同。有人計算著應該到70歲再退休，有人認為人生沒有「退休」這個詞，要永遠在賽道上，還有人認為工作太辛苦了，應該盡早退休、躺平至上，至於現在的年輕人，則有不少認為只要技能在身，隨時可以休息、可以工作，生活如何調節全憑自己喜好。
